Better Regulation and agency governance

The section coordinates the government´s work for better regulation and reduction in the business sector’s administrative costs.

Further, the section follow-up five underlying agencies:

  • The Brønnøysund Register Centre
  • Geological Survey of Norway
  • The Directorate of Mininig with the Commissioner of Mines at Svalbard
  • Norwgioan Metrology Service
  • The Norwegian Better Regulation Council

The section manages the state’s real property in Svalbard.
