Section for Finance and Governance

The Section for Finance and Governance is responsible for the department's work on the national budget processes, agency management of subordinate and associated agencies and bodies, financial analyses, R&D and building-related matters.

The section is also responsible for professional follow-up of the central guardianship authority in accordance with the Guardianship Act, the Court Fees Act and the administration of civil justice at the grassroots level (including the conciliation boards). The section also coordinates the follow-up of the department's Office of the Auditor General cases and other internal administration.
