In Norway there are two official environmental labels, the Swan and the Flower. Their use is overseen by Ecolabelling Norway, a foundation whose leadership board is made up of representatives from the Ministry of Children and Equality, environmental authorities, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, the Federation of Norwegian Commercial and Service Enterprises, the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions, the Norwegian Consumer Council, commercial chains and environmental organizations.
